It has a dual boot config. First it boots to Windows mobile 5.0 the you can shell out and reboot to Windows XP. When you shutdown windows XP it returns to Windows Mobile and never actually turns off like a modern cell phone. Everything was fine untill i installed Service Pack 3 on XP now the system just cycles and reboots when you try to use XP.
