James Bond screws up my stats.

So product placement really works. I’ve been a bit confused as to why the Sony UX has been climbing up the Carrypad charts over the last 2 weeks. I haven’t reported much on it recently so it couldn’t have been anything I did. Honest Mum.

I’ve worked out why it happened though. I hadn’t thought about it until earlier this evening. Its a result of the Sony UX product placement in the Bond film Casino Royale and the $3200 Sony Style James Bond Spy Kit that was simultaneously launched.

So how much money did Sony give you Mr Bond?

I’d like to welcome all the Bond Fans. How was the film? I haven’t seen it yet. You’ll find all the Sony UX info here and here.

Your powers of observation do you credit, Mr Chippy.
