yes, layout have something to do with content. but content is present even when layout changes.

what is sad is that most content online isnt stored in a flexible way. the layout and content is so intermixed that trying to separate one from the other is a near futile exercise...

imo, this focus on devices that can show the web unaltered is attacking the problem at the wrong end.</description>
