Dell QC needs tightening I suspect. (Update)

If there’s one thing you dont want to find out after you’ve spent a lot of money, its the possibility that you’ve been ripped off. I’m not saying Dell are doing this on purpose because the chances are that the battery maker is the one screwing around here but quality control should not be left to end-users.

Update: The problem was NOT with Dell but with the battery reporting software. Sorry for the scare!
