The Sony UK press release for the Sony P-Series gives us pricing and availability.
The VAIO P-series comes in four eye-catching colours; red, dark green, black and white, all with a high gloss piano finish. The VAIO P-series range will be available in the UK in February 2009 from www.sonystyle.co.uk, priced from £849. Accessories include matching colour carrying cases and Bluetooth® mice.
So, 850 quid for the base P11 model, going up to 1368 pounds for the P19 128GBSSD version.

The decent model is exclusive to sonystyle they say so no discounts from dealers.
Sony’s get discounted a lot in the uk so that 850 quid I expect will be available at £750 easily within a month

£850 or $900?! Even though the pound is relatively weak against the dollar right now there are giving us a good kicking on the pricing!
At today’s rate that is $1357
