1 day old TP2 and having some adjustment shock. I will seem completely thru this web page, however it is so various from my q and my palm 800 which were each largely the same. At this time the only issue I truly recognize is the best way to access world wide web ( that is why I bought it ) Creating calls recieving messages is more challenging, moving pictures to TP@ so I can use it as being a viewer looks impossible. I can move them but i want them being quickly uncovered around the device. Studying curve I hope is all.

I just ditched my Incite for your Tilt 2 (AT&T) All I can say is WOW this is a better phone! I see lots of messages here regarding the TP2, is this a different phone completely, or is it just the Verizon version of the same phone with slightly different interface? Was there a Tilt 1? I am trying to get accessories and want to make sure I don't buy the wrong stuff.

I'm confused. Palm Pre and Toshiba TG01 are launching with next-gen processors in H1 2009, why nothing next-gen from HTC?

install softmaker office 2008 and you have a full office suite on it too.

ery nice. I'm a bit tired of windows mobile devices but this one looks very promising.

One down side is that is supposed to ship with windows mobile 6.1 not 6.5? HTC Touch HD was already a big improvement over the touch diamond and touch pro which were probably the worst devices htc ever launched in years, so lets hope improvements continue....

I like it. And as a phone the ARM CPU is just fine, better battery life than Intel Atom in smaller package. Sure it won't have FIE, but for quick on the go internet it's going to be OK.
Also regardless of what people think about Windows Mobile it's still a good OS for phone use - I guess easily better than some "Linux Phone" distribution on a Intel MID device, yes it's not as good as iPhone but I think for being productive in a business environment this one is a much better solution then iPhone.

Thats it. Though this device is everything the Kaiser was meant to be from the start. But by now, i am no more interested in arm-based devices. If this would be powered by an atom and imcorporate a slightly larger screen (4,1") this would be my dream.

The specs, however nice, really don't matter until Microsoft come out with a better version of Windows Mobile. We're still not going to see the full internet experience on it and it's still going to be clunkier to use than an iPhone.
