I love this device. In US, Sprint will be very powerfull because owns WiMax.Getting an account with a personal number (ex. Skype)you will be able to use it as a cellphone. So will be the end other Telephone Companies, unless they start with a new cheap rates or better a 1 c. per minute (Prepaid). Yes, best way to go like in Europe. So, no more $100 a month for a cellphone. Wait and watch….!!

ANON; i completely agree. I’ve been drooling over horizontal sliders ever since the nokia N700, but i just can’t see spending the money until certain minimum requirements are met, and as much as i dislike Windows Mobile, if they can just squeeze decent battery life out of it and instant on, then i just might have to drop the cash (if we get it here)

ANON, i completely agree. I’ve been drooling over horizontal sliders ever since the nokia N700, but i just can’t see spending the money until certain minimum requirements are met, and as much as i dislike Windows Mobile, if they can just squeeze decent battery life out of it and instant on, then i just might have to drop the cash (if we get it here)

As it is WiMAX I expect it to be for release in Korea only initially.
I would prefer 5 lines on the keyboard. Other units at this size can.
As for battery, if they replicate the NC10 life I would be happy.

With enough manufacturers introducing sliders, one of them should happen to come across a combination of hardware with a big enough battery. Here’s hoping this one has good battery life.
