Red UMID

Posted on 21 May 2009 by Chippy

We’ve seen it in white, in black and now in red.
UMID are at least making the effort to promote the device in different colours. Let’s hope that they take the time to fix that screen angle too.

This device would have been so full of win if it had a hinge that could go flat, a normal USB and headset port, and atleast 1gb of RAM.

I really love the design and I like where this color thing is going, but without the above things improved I will pass on this one. Maybe the UMID M2? ;-)

I saw that one too and I was prety excited about it! But ive read its prety terrible with battery time though. Thats what a dedicated ATI video chip ll do I guess. :’)

Nah, Everun Note uses AMD 690G graphics/chipset that has integrated Radeon X1250 graphics. In subportable LAPTOPS that’s considered low power, but come to UMPC territory, they don’t cut it. Dual Core on a UMPC doesn’t help either.

And, red one was my favor among white/black/red.
