Quite interesting. The screen could be bigger to fill up the unused space around it tough.
And a resultion of 1024x600 is a MUST. Lets hope they get it till its release...

"CPU: Z515 with 800Mhz and 1.2Ghz bursting. (Which I think means that designers can build around the TDP of the 800Mhz part but i’m not 100% sure. Sounds just like speed stepping to me)"

It sort of is. The device might run ok at 800MHz, but it might have heat issues at 1.2GHz. The balance is to "burst" to 1.2GHZ until it runs too hot then clock back down to 800MHz. See, not all applications fully utilize the execution units so some applications might allow it to stay more often at 1.2GHz than others.

Of course it will probably take them forever to get them to the market. Look how long it took them to get enough to Aigo/Gigabyte to get first version out.

It's a shame it's still 800x480 too.

Like the form factor.

UMID form factor annoys me, apart from when it is closed. It's nice to have built in screen protection.
