A Mini usb capture stick is probably the best solution for capturing the video. You can add the great optics of a very cheap second-hand video camera or simply use the analogue video out on a digital camera.

Take a look at this web, there are some interesting keyboards:

http://usb.brando.com.hk/usb-keyboard_c034d015

I think that this is the keyboard of your photograph:

http://usb.brando.com.hk/usb-2-4ghz-rf-wireless-tiny-keyboard-with-trackball_p00897c034d015.html

I'm going to buy this one that is a bit larger but have a full size cursor keys:

I have bought one of the Aisonic keyboards on a Hong Kong webshop. It was the 2392M-BRF model however. I am not entirely satisfied with the quality, they keys have to be pressed in the middle and quite hard to actually type something. It is somewhat similar as the good old Psion 5mx keyboard.
Unfortunately the choice of mini keyboards is quite limited, if you find some other manufacturers I will be happy to try them out.

If you don't need text chat during webcast, Qik on a Symbian (and some other platforms) will give you 1-2 hours of videostreaming over 3G or WiFi. For more juice you might need to extra batteries or charger.

Very interesting! The quality, albeit over WiFi, is very good; it'd be interesting to see how a hammered 3G network during a busy launch/show would handle providing a stable connection. When we liveblogged the Apple WWDC keynote on SlashGear the other week, AT&T basically went down from the sheer number of people accessing it; thankfully we had a Sprint MiFi on hand.

Actually, strap on a MiFi rather than use a UMPC with integrated 3G, and this could be a really useful team liveblogging/show coverage setup. Live video, plus photos (from an Eye-Fi equipped camera) and still a few WiFi slots available for people live-blogging text.
