With oggenc I can encode 2 files with 6,8x realtime each (Ubuntu Jaunty). Even if the Note´s 19 Wh battery lasts just 70 minutes I can encode almost 14 hours of music.

Korea @ home is something about server sending to client some stuff through internet to process. Note that it uses almost 100 percent of cpu and a lot of wifi. Take that as the worst situation ever. ( during the test, it was maximum brightness of screen) everun note + s7 would be best for me...

You didn't tell us how bright the screen is or how many chunks have been processed with the Korea@Home distributed computing client. The almost double sized battery battery, the svivel screen and a real WiFi switch are the missing features of the Everun Note. But I think the case around the 7" screen might be too big, doesn't look like 120 mm max. width (CD case). The IR sensor was a great solution by Raon, it just should have been tappable.

Ya know, a lot of people (including myself) have griped about the large bezel, but when you really think about it, it's a good idea. For a 7" device it would just be too cumbersome to hold in one hand in tablet mode without a decent bezel. I still don't think it should be THAT large, but the decision finally, just now makes sense to me. I'm really excited about this device and I REALLY hope it's competitively priced. I really love the S5 and the x70, but I think this is going to be what I pull the trigger on (if it's priced right).

WOW! great battery life for such a device. Only if they could do a size comparison with X70ex. I am not sure which one suits me and I hope your reviews and size comparisons help me do the choosing process wisely.
