My HP is just about ready to die on even though it's condition is perfect still, I just can't put up with it's continuous overheating so I'm ready to throw this one out the window in replacement for something new. Archos, you have just lost a possible sale by using Windows 7. Whether I may or may not be in the minority is a different discussion. Archos 5 Android has Linux, but it's not a full desktop OS, and it has a resistive touch screen, and no 3G. No Ubuntu version.

It was really wierd because there wasn't anything obvious on the stylus. It happened 4 times over the first month of owning it. I think I worked out that it was the plastic edge near the tip (the molding line). I ended out sending it into Asus...worst decision I ever made. It has been lost in shoddy repair facilities for almost 2 months!
