Hi, Fist thx for the great post… And IMO laptops now days have all the features provided by a standard PC like keyboard, display, a pointing device (functions like mouse) and speakers. Laptops are powered by a rechargeable battery that can last up to a few hours. Personally… I have a HP Pavilion dv600, I LOVE it since it was my first laptop but I’m thinking now to buy something better since its became old now… I’m not sure what it’s better, But i think I’ll look for a Avio since I can’t buy a Mac it’s too expensive!! So what is your advice please?

It supports Win7 native onscreen. Its Firefox which not support it. If you try with “standard” apps, it will work well. I think Firefox doesn’t use the standad text area of Microsoft Windows, its why the keyboard button doesn’t appear.

◦Does the tablet enable touch features in Windows 7?

I think not… When you look at the video postet here, it indicates that it does not support native win7 (since there is no on-screen “pop up” when he taps the adressebar, he goes to the side to get the TIP window).

Its a shame that all these UMPC/Netbooks does not support win7 touch (or vista). Pen flicks are very usefull, and the native touch opens doors in lots of other software to.

Same here, compared to the other slate/tablet styles (Archos 9 being one), this one seems more “full”.
