ASUS Launches TaiChi Dual-Screen Ultrabook at Computex

In a press event, still in progress, ASUS have launched TaiChi, a Windows 8-based Transformer – with two screens!

This isn’t a ‘Yoga’ style device. This is using simpler hinges and solving the problem with two screens. At this stage we assume one OS – Windows 8.

‘As thin and light as the Asus Zenbook’ says the slide.

Engadget reports Core i7 Ivy Bridge CPU, SSD and a full HD screen.

    Wow I’m loving Computex. Acer has outgunned expectations, I want a convertible one but the S7 is BEAUTIFUL.

    Asus TaiChi: So awesome. Better than Yoga.
    MSI S20 slider Ultrabook: I don’t care about the lack of touchpad, I’d live with a seperate mouse and the touchscreen.
