Wow that looks very nice!
Can you see any downside of using bricopack? |

other than using 7-8mb ram for the rocketdock and some ram for explorer.exe nothing much.i still have 150-200 of free ram plus it looks cool.just use the express method for installing it.it uses less resources.

How about using the Everun as a Music Workstation! That`s right....it can handle Cakewalk Sonar v.4 with M-audio Ozone Midi keyboard and it can pretty much play all sorts of audio software synthesizers (but not loaded at the same time! One softsynth takes about 60-70% of CPU power).Perfect gadget for live giging.

Make sure to load up the ASIO4ALL drivers. It drops the latency of the device quite considerably and transforms it into the ultimate live giging device!

Fruity Loops runs like a dream.
This is awesome. I've been wanting a device like this to mess around with for years! I've just done a video and will post both your and mine in a news item. This is way better than gaming. I feel like booking a ver long train journey just to mess about with it! Thanks sophocha! News item will be up in about 20 mins. Steve |

Thanks for pointing out the bricopack. I never knew about that. Now I'm loving the new face of my Everun. Woohoo!

Here is a follow up:
1) Been using it daily before i go to sleep checking emails and stuff ( I think I`ve started having tenontitis problems from this machine!)...I`m always using it with the extended battery and always holding it in my hands, the extra weight is noticable. 2) I hate going into flash websites and not be able to watch full quality flash video (especially those websites that don`t have the flash right click options to lower the quality of the video) .....for this reason I`m debating whether to sell my device or not.The Amtek u560 looks great. So is wibrain....I want a device with a little more power than this, plus 3d support.I know, i know, battery life will suck on these devices but oh well....better having a more powerfull device than an underpowered one and still usable for 3 hours. 3)Who said that everun doesnt get hot?Try to stream a video for an hour and then we`ll talk:) 4)overall is a good machine, but eyes lurk for a better one (maybe a sony UX1 or an Amtek in the future) Thanks |

for me, after seeking the perfect device for many years, i've come to believe that the best device is the one that's working when you need it.
Only thing better would be a PC that ran off of AA batteries. i'm getting addicted to the everun. |

Getting addicted for sure as well.It has something to do with its battery life plus portability that you cannot run away from it!You always want to get it into your hands and play with it. |
