Check it out. It is extremely addictive.

Also, flash based games work extremely well on the touchscreen since they do not use the right-mouse button.
You can download flash games from the following websites:

Updated a lot more.

I'd love more info on getting Windows 7 RTM to work 100%. IMO it's the best OS with the fastest boot, shutdowm and hibernate times, as well as more battery life out of it.

I will try and write a guide on how to get OSX Leopard up and running on the Q1 Ultra. this is quite a lengthy process and involves using a usb hard drive and another pc or Laptop as the Q1 isn't up to the install from DVD (Watch this space)

So basically you can install it from a big USB key or external HD. Lots of people have those so that's good. What I don't know if whether there's somehting like vLite for OSX. I'm Vlite-ing the RTM copy of Windows 7 right now, removing all the things I don't need to save disk space.

If there's enough space left, I might stick on OSX if it takes up 5GB or less and doesn't make the boot of W7 longer.

Awesome.

Can anyone confirm the speed increase of using GMAbooster?

My Q1U was supposed to arrive Friday but it looks like I'll only be able to play with it next weekend :(

I tried it without much success, I was hoping it would make Doom 3 glitchless but no such luck

It doesnt seem to have a an Intel 945 chip option, only 900 and 950, didnt seem to offer any speed increase (I used the 950 version) and was a little buggy when running (left a screen artifact)

So like a girl I once knew, promised a lot but delivered little.....

Hi All,
Just wanted to add my experiences with Windows 7 on my Q1U...so far, great! Better performance than XP or Vista! I have a slingbox, and couldn't watch full screen video on either. Works great on 7. I had virtually no problems installing. Screen, volume, wifi, bluetooth, virtually everything worked fine out of the box. I downloaded and installed the Vista drivers for the camera and it worked about as well as it ever did. The only things that didn't seem to work were:
1. the direction buttons around the 'enter' key
2. the built in menu button (it opens the menu, but nothing happens when you select an item.

I have the 800mhz cpu, and it does peg to 100% regularly (but mainly when you launch a program, and doesn't stay there long). I can't imagine how well it would perform on the Q1U Premium!

For reference, I have a Q1U with 2gb mem, running Windows 7 RTM (build 7600 I believe).

Gotta run, but wanted to see if this would spark anyone else to pass on their experience.

@batninja: It's the 945 chipset, but 950 stands for GMA950 (graphics card). Didn't seem to change anything in half-life 2, still unplayable. didnt try anythign else yet as nothing installed.

Couldnt get Win7 on it, lots of problems installing it. Hopefully a new source's version will fix that.
