MSI S100, 10.1", 595gm
This lightweight 2-in-1 offers good storage for the price but a low resolution screen. The MSI S100 has 6 hours battery life and a good selection of ports for the price and includes a 1-year Office 365 / 1TB One Drive license. Portable and capable of more than a standalone tablet out-of-the-box.
Lenovo Thinkpad Helix 2, 11.6", 794gm
The 2nd-generation Lenovo Helix 2 is much lighter thanks to the Intel Core M CPU. The docking keyboard includes a 26Wh battery (total over 60Wh in under 1.4KG of convertible tablet is impressive) and includes a digitizer. The 11.6-inch screen comes in a useful Full HD resolution and the pricing isn't as high as you might expect for such a flexible 2-in-1.
Dell Venue 11 Pro 7000 Series (7140), 10.8", 733gm
The Dell Venue 11 Pro 7000 is a dockable tablet designed around Intels latest Core-M platform. It features a whole range of connection options such as WiFi ac, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, an LTE option as well as Miracast and Intel WiDi support. As usual with Dell machines there are parts you can pick and choose from the store such as more RAM (8GB max) more SSD Storage (128 or 256GB options available) as well as the aforementioned LTE module. The 10.8" Full HD screen has a 10 point multi touch sensor as well as support for the optional Dell Active Stylus. Having an IPS display the device comes with a wide viewing angle. There is also an optional keyboard dock available.

With Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi b/g/n and optional NFC with 4G modem it brings some good connection options. In terms of ports there is microHDMI, microSD, audio jack and only one USB 2.0 port. We would have liked to see USB 3.0 being used here.
Lenovo IdeaTab Miix 2 11, 11.6", 798gm
HP Pro X2 410 G1, 11.6", 830gm
The HP Pro X2 410 G1 (also available as a consumer model HP Pavilion 11 X2) offers a fanless Core i5 CPU in an 820 gram tablet with an 1..6-inch IPS screen. It's a good set of specifications but do not that the CPU is the Y-variant (max 2.0Ghz clock) and that the screen res is only 1366x768. It's an interesting 2-in-1 with a nice keyboard and good total battery life but this business focused 'Pro' version is quite expensive.
Acer Aspire Switch 10, 10.1", 585gm
The Acer Aspire Switch 10 offers 2-in-1 tablet/laptop Windows 8.1 at a very low price. The product competes with the ASUS Transformer Book T100 well and offers multiple 'modes' via the flexible magnetic hinge. Screen resolution is a relatively basic 1366x768 and there's no additional battery in the keyboard but as a consumer-focused dual-mode PC/Tablet the Aspire Switch 10 will offer good value in creation and consumption activities.
