| 1024x600 on a 7" screen is great for handheld use. The mouse is a little dissapointing (its not a synaptics pointer but more of a basic joystick) and the keyboard will take a lot of work to get used to. With the 1.3Ghz processor and Windows XP tablet edition this should be one of the most powerful UMPCs available. |

![]() | Samsung Q1 Ultra (NP-Q1UAY01), 7", 700gm Samsung Q1 Ultra was the first of a new range of UMPCs based on Intels McCaslin architecture. McCaslin provides a 600/800Mhz processor coupled with a 945 chipset (Aero Glass support.) A full accessory range has been shown that includes USB docking station and battery options. The Q1 Ultra EL specification (US) has been updated since its launch. It runs on an 800Mhz processor but has no web camera and no bluetooth support. Many websites (Including Samsungs own) don't make this clear. | Status: Available | Datasheet News |

![]() | ASUS R2H (R2H-BH059T), 7", 960gm The R2H has one of the most complete specifications yet on a UMPC. ![]() | Paceblade Easybook P7, 7", 860gm We've tested the Easybook P7 and found it to be a solid performer. We didnt find it pretty in white so our recommendation is to go for black. Screen quality is superb and the orange mouse pointer is [currently] unique and very intuitive. Early power problems seem to have been resolved. Like many UMPC's, on paper it doesn't impress but in mobile situations at home, in the car or at the office, its value becomes clear.
