Why would one want to pay more for white then for black?

    cons at first sight:
    - Only 600pix. vertical resolution
    - 3 cell battery
    - 5400 rpm HD
    - Only 512MB Ram (Expected 1GB for that price), and not sure if it’s upgradable yes or no
    - screen is actually 10,2″, which is no longer a mini notebook.

    ProDigit:

With careful reviewing and research, Lenovo is planning on releasing an S10 model with storage capacitys of 120GB and memory with about 2GB,

Also the graphics card is decent, Consider Dell’s UMPC - research the graphics card on that and you’d be startled to find out its 10x worse then the Lenovo’s S10.

Yes, The design factor on the S10’s isnt that far off from the Acer Aspire One, HOWEVER I’ve noticed Lenovo has rounded off the edges and made this a slim laptop, which makes the glamour factor more appealing (* IMHO *).

Yes the screen’s vertical resolution may only be 600px, however take into consideration what Lenovo is trying to acheieve here: Battery performance. By making the screen decent enough, they are able to accomplish and market that their laptop has stellar battery life as the screen is powered by backlit LCD’s.

Also, with a little more research I honestly found different colors aviable for the S10, and they are no doubt sexy and different from the competition.
