If there’s one thing you dont want to find out after you’ve spent a lot of money, its the possibility that you’ve been ripped off. I’m not saying Dell are doing this on purpose because the chances are that the battery maker is the one screwing around here but quality control should not be left to end-users.

Since been discredited. Discussion at link has been locked. Problem was NOT with Dell or the batteries, but 3rd-party battery reporting software.
