Available with an 8.9 inch, or 10.2 inch 1024 x 600 display. 512MB or 1GB RAM options are available, and you can choose from an 8GB or 16GB solid state disk or a 60GB, 4200RPM PATA hard drive. The HP Mini 1000 is currently available with Windows XP, but a version with a custom version of Ubuntu Linux will be available soon.
